This is a group of patterns that I have given to people and made kits for over many years. I am sure they can be improved on but I just have not gone back to change them.  Take the instructions and the yardages with a "grain of salt", a bit of humor, and always have more than" enough" fabric for any job.  It is better for the economy and much easier on the heart.  If you have any questions call Terry Soll at 210-344-0791- that is me.  My motto is There are no mistakes only opportunities to be creative.  My daughter asked me once "When do we stop fixing things".  I said " When we stop doing things".  I had one young lady in a quilt class say to me that she could not learn from seeing someone's elses mistakes fixed- she had to make all the mistakes herself.  How true she is.  She would frustrate any mother who thought her daughter would learn from the mother's mistakes.  Never happen, but I can get over it.
