BERNINA Software Classes :
Total class fee is $30.00. These are hands on classes with the software installed on
your computer. Open to all levels and versions of Bernina software– you will learn
something different in every class even if you do not own V.6 Designer Plus.

Bernina Monograms                    Wed. SEPT. 15             2:00-4:00
Learn to create Monograms with all levels of the Bernina software. After learning this way
you will be able to use all the features of your particular level as we investigate size,
array, borders, fills, and embellishments.

Bernina Cross Stitch                       Wed. SEPT. 22           2:00-4:00
This features begins at Editor Plus. Have you loved the cross stitch that you see in many
embroidery designs but want to create your own. Using the basic tools in your software we
will “create” cross stitch from any design.

Bernina Automatic Digitizing            Wed. SEPT 29              2:00-4:00
This feature begins at Editor Plus. If you have wanted to auto- digitize but it seems “sew
boring” this class is for you. Learn about the artistic features needed to have great auto
digitizing.

Bernina Lines, Outlines, & Quilting Effects Wed. OCT 13 2:00-4:00
You will need Designer Plus to use your software in this class. If you have signed up for
the first 3 classes this is the determining factor or why you would want Designer Plus
software.

Bernina Freehand Tools                 Wed. OCT 20            2:00-4:00
Yes, we can do this in all levels of Designer Plus software but why with the new features
in V6. New ways to shade, sculpture and layer are available– lets create.

Bernina Digitizing Tools                Wed. OCT. 27             2:00-4:00
Now we are getting down to the essence of Designer Plus. Everything that you have learned
so far is brought together to enhance your knowledge.

Bernina Software Sampler hands on :$20.00 and $15.00 CD fee + tax  for all 5 classes Open to all Bernina software owners

The topics for the hands on Software sampler classes are
Bottle Wrap with pattern run, embellish sayings or monogram and cutwork details either with the cutwork tool or cutting in place.
Crafting in the hoop with finger puppet, Minkee animals, create them in the software and send to the machine
Lettering with moving, sizing, modern word effects, True Type fonts, and shadow effects,
Art Canvas with holiday cards, gift tags and scrap book pages with fabric stickers

5:30-7:30 pm     $25.00 for all 4 classes  These classes will cover the basics or lettering, labels, Monogramming, designs, Auto Digitzing, and Digitizing tools.

Bernina 830 Users Group
Wednesdays             Sept. 1, Oct. 6, Nov. 3, Dec. 1           6:00-7:45    Eric & Barbara          $20.00 for 4

Many of us would like to have a class exclusive to our machine.  This 830 users group is led by 2 very busy people who enjoy their machines and want to share their experiences.  You can bring your machine or not.  We know that everyone will learn a great deal.  The class may include doing embroidery and software at various meetings.  
We can probably find supplies around here for the first meeting until the group determines which way they are going to progress. 

Class Registration Policy
Payment is due at registration. After registering, make sure you receive a class confirmation form and supply sheet. Supplies & fabric are extra unless stated. Babies, family members or friends are not permitted in class.
Refund policy
There are no refunds on national teachers.  If you can not make the class please find a substitute. We will assume that you are the one coming to class unless otherwise notified.  Let us know who your substitute is or give them your registration form. 

For our in store classes the refund policy is: Should a student cancel a class, refunds are available if requested ONE WEEK BEFORE THE FIRST CLASS. There will be a $5.00 administrative fee applied to each class fee refunded. No refunds can be given once a class or club has begun, no refunds will be given on kit fees.                                                                           
In the event that a class must be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, individuals who registered for that class will be notified and a full refund will be mailed.
